These terms cover the Licensed House Painters connector at https://house-painters.ottobot.agency. It is operated by OttoBot Agency, a brand of Paintercity LLC ("we"). Using the connector, directly or through an AI assistant, means you accept these terms. Questions go to hello@ottobot.agency.

What the connector does

It lets an AI assistant search state licensing-board records for licensed house painters in 11 US states, show one painter's record, and, with the homeowner's agreement, record a request for a painting estimate.

Information, not an endorsement

License details come from each state board's published file and show the date they were read. They can change after that date, so confirm with the board before hiring. A listing is not a rating, recommendation or endorsement. We don't check a painter's work, insurance or prices, and any agreement to hire a painter is between you and the painter.

Estimate requests

Sending one is optional and needs your agreement. We store it as the privacy page describes. No painter is assigned automatically and a reply is not guaranteed. Only send details that are accurate and yours to share.

Fair use

Don't use the connector to send spam, false requests or someone else's details without their permission, and don't try to overload or disrupt it. We may limit or block traffic that does.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the connector is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for decisions made using it, including hiring decisions.

Changes

We may change or stop the connector and these terms. We post changes on this page and update the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
